PROJECT 318 FAREWELL

Tomorrow, Sunday 27 Dec at 2.00 pm we will farewell the members of the Project 318 as they leave for their mission trip.. Come and join us in a special farewell worship at church just prior to their departure. Over sixty of our young people are travelling to Thailand and Cambodia to engage in a three week mission project. All of this year they have been raising money for this project. Over $110.000 have been raised. Thank you for your generosity and support.

The December 09/January 10 edition of FYI (Kellyville's newsletter) is out now!

With about 130 people in attendance, the team raised more than $26,000 towards our Project 3:18 projects in Cambodia and Thailand.  This brings our total fundraising for the project to more than $100,000 and just short of our original ambitious aim of $120,000.

With less than 4 weeks to go until the team of 60 leave, final preparations are underway to transport medical supplies and equipment and complete travel arrangements.

A special farewell worship is planned on the afternoon of December 27 when the team leaves.  More details to come closer to the time.

We are pleased to report that Stage 1 of the proposed North Kellyville campus of Hills Adventist College was approved by Hills Shire Council this week.

This first stage included the provision of demountable classrooms, hall, maintenance shed, car parking and sports field.  

There are still some steps required before construction can commence on site, however we would expect that this will occur early in the new year.
